SHIPPING POLICY
AU-Avenue.com orders can only be delivered to a home or business address both in Ghana and outside Ghana. We do not deliver to post office boxes.
AU-Avenue.com offers a standard shipping rate for all deliveries depending on the destination and size of packages.
Delivery lead times are based on economy service, which is approximately 3-7 working days. Delivery to destinations outside of Ghana may exceed this. Outside Ghana takes between 14 days and 30 days depending on other factors, you can track your order online.
AU-Avenue.com’s courier partners will attempt delivery 2 times. If the third delivery attempt is unsuccessful your order will be returned, cancelled and store credit will be passed against your account.
If AU-Avenue.com’s courier partners are unable to deliver to the specified location, we will contact you using the contact details provided to request a different delivery details.
AU-Avenue.com cannot be held liable for any losses, liabilities, or damages due to late delivery of orders.
AU-Avenue.com reserves the right to change our shipping policy, including shipping fees and delivery lead times, at our discretion.
